Oh, he's growing up so fast! He'll turn 11 next month, he now has his palate expander (his retainer) to prepare his mouth for braces, and he is becoming more independent and interested in girls by the day.
As much as he still loves to hang out with Charly, he is really preferring his time with friends, and fortunately, he has one 4 houses away from ours, so they go skating together, play video games, climb trees, and do typical boy stuff.
This year, he has a locker for the first time (he was really nervous about screwing up the combination!) and was able to pick a couple of his classes. He chose band class and is playing the saxophone. He is quickly improving since the first time he played 1 month ago:)
I would post a picture, but our camera has been missing for the past 2 weeks (I am REALLY hoping it will show up and wasn't stolen out of our van!), as this is our only good camera.
