We haven't been here long as the two flights were VERY long and tedious. After arriving in Tel Aviv, we had an hour long bus ride to our current city, and we're all tired after getting very little sleep on the plane. I can't wait to see the view from our hotel tomorrow, as we are right on the Mediterranean and we can hear and smell the water.
It was interesting going through Israeli security while still in Atlanta-they are thorough! Our hotel is nice but I am astounded by the small stature of everything-even the ceilings are incredibly low, and our t.v. is not much larger than a postcard.
I'm already enjoying trying new foods; I've never had carrots seasoned with curry before.
Tomorrow is a busy day, and I will have pictures!
